The 'cult of the dying light' was formed on the colony planet of Nevris, which is located close to the border with the Fah'rin. The cult revolves around the ideas of necromancy, demonology and that there is a book full of demonic summoning, information and necromantic powers called the Necronomicon. The cult has a following within a town called Blackout, but the following has taken over the entire town. In general they are barely known, although their members are all too happy to spread the faith to others.
